If you are experiencing challenges with desire, intimacy, or understanding your sexuality, you are not alone. I work with individuals and couples navigating low libido, sexual shame, and the impact of harmful messages about sex, bodies, and identity. My goal is to help clients move toward a more liberated, body-positive, and sex-positive relationship with themselves and their relationships.
A strong connection with your therapist matters deeply. I approach therapy with openness, authenticity, and genuine curiosity about your lived experience. I am passionate about helping clients feel seen, understood, and less alone in the things that are often hardest to talk about.
My work is grounded in Humanistic and Existential therapy, while also drawing from attachment theory and narrative approaches. Together, we explore how past experiences, unmet needs, and internalized beliefs continue to shape the present. Through that process, clients are often able to loosen the grip of shame, reconnect with themselves more authentically, and build more fulfilling relationships with others.
